There have been several move requests to change it to LSD and they have all been shot down, so that is not really an option.

Support - Plenty of sources use the subtitled name, enough at least to use per WP:NATURALDIS.Normally I wouldn't, but it helps with disambiguation ( WP:NATURALDIS) and the common name in sources seems to mostly include the subtitles as well. LSD (video game) → LSD: Dream Emulator – Per WP:SUBTITLE - subtitles as disambiguation are preferable to parenthetical disambiguation.
